Intelligence Federal is recruiting an eDiscovery Analyst to support a federal government agency in litigation and investigation.

LOCATION & HOURS: Fully remote. Standard business hours Monday-Friday
DUTIES:
- Locate, organize, and produce database records and electronically stored information (ESI)
- Pull records for FOIA requests and review/correct supporting documentation
- Process documents including loading raw data into searchable and retrievable records
- Organize and prepare records for digitalization in accordance with standards and guidance
- Perform coding, tagging, and indexing of new documents
- Perform keyword and tag searches on government information systems and organize findings
- Review documents and suggest redactions before submission to government officials
- Create file structures, naming conventions, or classification schemas for organizing documents
- Create, review, submit and track entries in records management system
- Access eDiscovery software applications to locate, store, preserve, process, review, analyze, and produce potentially responsive electronically stored information and to implement litigation holds to prevent the spoilation of discoverable material.
- Provide support services for document and records management activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
- At least five (5) years of experience using eDiscovery processing software to issue, maintain, and track legal hold in support of litigation
- At least five (5) years of experience using Veritas eDiscovery Platform (Clearwell), Relativity, Nuix, Microsoft eDiscovery products, Everlaw, or other comparable tools
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat DC to redact, combine files, separate files, and perform Bates numbering
- Experience with implementing and managing processes to identify, preserve, collect, review, analyze, produce, and retrieve ESI (electronically stored information)
- Prior experience with document scanning, indexing, coding, and file/document storage practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint 2019 and later
- Knowledge of or experience with e-filing with the MSPB and/or EEOC a plus
- Experience filing with the District Court or federal courts a plus
- Knowledge of the FOIA and Privacy Act a plus
Expected salary range: $70,000 - $120,000
